Hi, I've been looking at Hitman Absolution and it looks cool and me never playing the Hitman games is Absolution a good place to start the more story driven approach appeals to me more as the levels still seem open and would present a challenge to me as I have had one mission in Blood Money and failed the mission horribly as I tried not to get caught.

You know Warhammer is getting to real when you being using 40K swears, for example "fug" and "Emperors Hairy Arse!" When writing this the word arse was not recognized, well done.

I thought it was a lot of fun but it is very unforgiving, at least on some of the levels. It has contracts mode which makes the game last longer.

I've played Hitman for a long time though, but with assassins creed 3 and all of the other games out I passed and red boxed it. I had it for three days and beat it on normal, that's with "trying" to play without getting caught or killing everyone.

I'll try normal myself as it is just for some reason I have just the urge to play evil games, Hitman, Xcom and Far Cry 3 all on a hard difficulty setting, this will be a fun and rage filled Christmas. How long was your actual playthrough do you know?

I wish I had looked before I took it back, I usually try to but I completely forgot.

I would have to say at least 8-10 hours minimum, towards the end I rushed through but if your take your time and don't shoot everyone you see it will be much longer. The contracts mode adds time as well, and honestly its fun enough to play through a second time.

I would say it would be worth a buy, then again I like Hitman so I'm biased!

I really like this game i just completed it on hard took me about 18 hours and now going back throught to try and get silent assasin rating on every level.I would say its better than blood money for a new hitman player on the normal but on hard/expert/pro its very hard and most people will probly just give up but its a patience game and sometimes you may be waiting in a crate for 3-4 mins just to take a gaurd out.
