Subject: Ordering from the Flames of War/Battlefront website
I was unable to find a specific item from a (dependable) UK independent retailer, so I ordered it direct from Battlefront's website. Aside from a confirmation of order, communication hasn't been very forthcoming i.e. "We've dispatched your order!" My order status on the website currently reads "Downloaded". It's been about a week and half and I would expect most retailers to have delivered by now.
Has anyone ordered from them direct before? Do the products come all the way from New Zealand (shipping didn't seem that much) or are there UK based distribution warehouses?
Not really an order but is did use their customer services via he website a few years ago (ie before the uk office was opened) and found that I waited about a week for someone to address the issue then a further two weeks for the missing items to be displaced from I assume NZ.
It should be too much like that now they run Europe out of Nottingham.
Any clue as to what you ordered I have tons of FoW stuff for Brits, russians and Germans going unused here and would be happy to help if I can?

I emailed them and they said they would look into it. Waited two days and emailed them again to ask if they'd looked into it yet.
Turns out the items I ordered (British Late Armour Spray and Decals) are out of stock. Grr... why have a website that allows me to order out of stock items and why not at least email me to say the items were out of stock when they received the order.
Asked for Hells Highway instead which is basically the same value of my order. Will stick to Troll Trader from now on!
