I go with Red paint, using the sprues Ork trukks and battle wagons as spare parts for looted wagons is fun. I also like some of the fantasy Orc and goblin stuff. Such as skulls, knives, wooden planks, even boar heads.

Also this is what I did with a Leman Russ, I put some trukk parts on especially the wrecking ball and an exhaust. It was one of my first conversions so I kept the IG cannons and stuff.

Spikes, lots and lots of spikes, also use spare parts from ork kits.

Best ones either go all out, or keep it minimal on the ork bitz. Lotsa bits if you want it to look like it's been there a while, minimal bitz if you want it to look "fresh".

If you go with the worn in look, sloppy paint jobz, lots of rust, and tons of orky gubbins is the way to go. Maybe even put a few holes in it to show battle damage.

If it's going to be "fresh", paint it like a normal IG tank, then add orky bitz and paint over it, with a few quick adjustments that the orks got to make before they sent it to battle.
