We’re finally there! BraggingRights 2013 is a GO!

BraggingRights is the first US ETC style team event for Warhammer Fantasy. We'll be holding a 2 day event on June 8th and June 9th at the Hartford Airport Sheraton.

We’re very excited to be hosting teams from all over the USA battling to be named the USA team champions. So far we have teams on our captain's list from every major region of the US. Check the summary, rules, and registration links for 2013 information.

The venue is going to be great, the hotel is large, nice, and full of beer!

Payment for teams opens on January 1st, be sure to secure your team’s position before we fill the venue! We will hold 2 slots for each region to ensure national representation. We are extra excited with the prospects of hosting international teams. If you are interested in more info, please contact me at braggingrightswhfb@gmail.com! We are willing to go the extra mile to help international teams with travel and booking stateside, please don't hesitate to ask.

Last year was amazing, and I hope it’s just as fun with all of you! Check our facebook for 2012 coverage of the event.

Sounds sweet! I should start playing WHFB again, and then practice a lot, so I could be good enough again for an event like this.

ETC format is not my cup of tea, but I might do it if we get a descent team assembled willing to go to the East Coast. To bad you guys can't do this someplace more central to the US with cheaper travel access, like Vegas.

We're now accepting payments for the event and I expect it to sell out (though maybe not as quickly as we'd hope!)

For any captains who aren't currently on our email chain or listed in the '2013 Teams' section of the BRTT site and would like to be, send me a message! The email threads are much better ways to get info from here on out.

Thanks, hope to see a ton of you there!

For air travel, its the cheapest place to go and its an easy sell to most guys significant others. Not exactly a lot for a wife to do in Conneticut, compared to Vegas. But honestly, someplace like Chicago or St Louis would be a good alternative too. Upper east coast means driving distance for about four states and overpriced flights for anyone else.

All that said, good luck to the organizers. Not a fan of ETC but more events are always good to see.
