I am trying to download tf2 at the moment, and whenever i try and start the download, a box pops up saying: Validating Steam Files. It always get stuck on either 50% or 100%.

Can anyone help?

Im on a 2011 macbook pro.

edit: I managed to download 7 gigs (of 12) before i got the same box and message.
