Cool report, but remember that vehicles are Scoring but not Denial units in the Scouring, and therefore you can't contest objectives with Heldrakes.

What Kingsley is telling you is that even though Fast Recon makes Fast Attack units, including vehicles, count as Scoring units, that doesn't by default make them also count as Denial units.

Check "Controlling Objectives" on page 123.
