The rulebook will show you all the allies you can take. Orks have several allies that can provide terminator equivalents. The problem is almost none of them are allied well enough that they'll be able to score objectives for you.

Have you tried converting up some meganobs? I've seen some awesome conversions on here using everything from plasticard and AOBR nobs to scratchbuilt meganobs, and they can all look awesome.

You could use chaos guys. I know they have some pretty good heavy-armoured guys, and tanks. For a price comparison Chaos Termies are $50 for 5 and Meganobz are $20 or so for 1.

Also nobz are half price of the termies, you could beef them up with spare armour, bits, and other stuff.

WAAAGH!!!

Well, for Manz equivelent youre talking terminators, but as said they wont be able to score for you. If you want tho, I think your best bet is to go DW with CMLs (though with the new codex coming out you might want to wait). Alternatively, you can convert some mega nobz. I use Black Orcs from WHFB. Theyre not as bulky tho, so you might need to go into your bitz box and add some gubbins and get some 40mm round bases. You can also use plasticard and AOBR nobz for pretty cheap.

For ally shooting, DW with CMLs and landspeeders with CMLs can pop out a lot of rocket shots (although the new codex may change this). Tau are also great at tank busting with railguns, but obviously lack the heavily armored infantry youre looking for.
