When painting dark angels what's the green used to highlight the edges?

Warpstone is the base? Or is that caliban?

Caliban, Warpstone, Moot in that order.

I've painted a fair few mini's with this combo and find it really good, I actually like the new GW paints. The Warpstone comes out nice muted when thinned 2:1 (water:paint) so you can avoid the Xmas Tree marines look.

Questions are good.

So here's what I do.

Black primer.
Base with Caliban Green
Wash whole mini with Biel-tan green
Wash deep recesses with Nuln oil
Touch up with Caliban green

Build up edge highlights with THIN Warpstone (2:1 or even 3:1 water:paint ratio), i'll do maybe 3 to 4 passes with this.

Second edge highlights with Moot Green (again thinned 2:1) 2 passes

Third edge highlights with 50:50 Moot:White Scar thinned (these are only very small and at the points where light hits most)

Final edge point highlights by adding in some more white to the previous mix, these are almost dots in the highest places.

If the highlights are a little too stark you can use Waywatcher Green glaze to make them more green tho I rarely do this as I like extreme highlights on my marines.

Thanks, that's helpful, so when it comes to thinning down the paint how do you measure ratio? do you wet the brush and add it to the paint on the palette? or pour water into like a lid and add paint??
