Does anyone know which book the Iconic weapon enchantment is in?

It's the one that shrinks your weapon to a cloak pin or similar with an image of the weapon on it, but i can't recall which book its from.

3.5? I think it was complete adventurer (the one for rogues n stuff) as a spell.

I'm not finding it in the 4th ed compendium.

I don't see it in Complete Adventurer, though it sounds kind of familiar. Is it in Complete Scoundrel, maybe? I can't remember if I have a copy of that someplace- not seeing it in my section of 3.5 books. The Shrink Item spell does allow the item to optionally be changed to a cloth-like consistency as well, and if you use Permanency the caster can switch the item back and forth at will, instead of the spell ending when the item is restored to normal.

Of course if you don't mean one of those editions, definitely say which.
