Anyone have any idea how much medium/thinner/water to add to bring them up to normal paint consistency

They're designed to be thick for drybrushing and the like. Just use a normal paint.

The whole idea of those paints is that they're almost pure pigment and perfect for drybrushing...if you want those colors but in regular paint form then you are almost better off just buying a regular paint...outside of that, I am doubtful that anyone is going to be able to give you a number based on their own experience...I think you'll just have to eyeball it.

I get the idea of it being for a specific purpose but its a very interesting light blue and cant find a comparable color after having looked at the entire vallejo line in person. Ill eyeball it and post here for future enquirys

GW made a limited release of these dry paints as normal paints, so chances are that they will eventually be released unlimited (as was done with Lhamian Medium and Imperial Primer).
