When AOBR came out I ordered it from GW pre-order and it came the day before release. Friday. I did the same with DA stuff and now they are telling me they won't ship till Friday and I will be lucky to get it Wednesday. Now I have to cancel, very annoying. Anyhow when did they change their policy for pre-orders to this?

Since the dawn of 6th ed (if not a little earlier) their policy has been Order it by the weds before and it will be there the week following the release. Unless you order it to/in a GW store then it will be there the day of. I guess too many people were getting/selling things before the release date.

Plus the G.W red shirts get to try and up sale you when you pick it up from their store. BECAUSE THAT'S HOW IT HAPPENED TO ME!

oh well time to cancel the order and buy local, sucks its a 40 minute drive.
