If you mean the list from codex: eye of terror then no. It's not a legal codex any more, nor would you want t use it. You could use CSW and just paint/model them like the 13th.

Unfortunately they aren't playable in the least anymore, much to the dismay of people who have 45+ dollars of Wulfen models that are now impossible to legally play anymore, unless playing with older editions.
You can still fudge a respectable list from the current Space Wolves codex that will give a pretty good "13th Company" vibe, but at the very least, Wulfen as Elites won't be in it, sadly.
I'm in the same boat. I was given a 2,000 point 13th Company army along with Codex Armageddon by a guy who was getting out of the hobby. Luckily I still really only play friendly games using 4th/5th edition rules, so the entirety of it is fieldable.
Though, I suppose you could field a 13th company army using the Chaos Codex, and using the Wulfen models as possesed marines?

If someone is willing to let you use the 13th co list it is fine, but if you want to take it to a tournament you will probably be out of luck. And most people will only want to play with things that are official and up to date.

Use the BA codex and have wulfen be death company on foot, then combine those with a troop and HQ and take them as allies for your SW job done.

That could work quite nicely. Counts As Astaroth the Grim(13th company captain) and a couple squads of Death Company.
