No, sorry I can't think of anything that would work.

Maybe sectioning the legs, torsos, and arms and inserting plasticard would lengthen them out a but add greenstuff for bulk.

I made one purely from a background perspective as a member of my Chosen for my Death Guard (guy second from right). His torso is one of a old metal Rat Ogre ones. Not too big and fits nicely on some SM legs.
