Despite what people say about them, I like these ones, and the ones I've gotten are far better quality than they look

Other than that, try the bitz sites, you can pick a few up there from the SM Captain box, Forgeworld might also do one or two.
Or, you could scratch build them, takes a bit of practice, but there's a dozen different tutorials out there for each one.

The space marine commander box has a few, and I think GW sells a sternguard weapon pack that has some. If you are looking for something third party, Chapterhouse has some modular combiguns that I have heard good things about.

Lately I've been using the side-by-side method to make my own. Take a look at the combi-weapon that the Chaplain in Terminator armor comes with. To copy this, I take melta gun or plasma gun and file one side down. I then take a bolter and file the opposite side down. Then, I glue them together. I use green stuff to fill in any gaps. Here's a horrible picture of a combi-melta I've modeled onto a Chaos Champion (on the far left).

The SM captain has Combi-plasma and C-melta, but no flamer.
Forgeworld had a c-flamer in a recent (November?) news update.
I got Chapterhouse's pack, but I doubt I'll use them as a template for more.
But, I also got GW's Sternguard weapon pack, and they look a lot nicer. They're Finecast, if that's a problem for you.
If you're worried about WYSIWYG and appearance, look for the Sternguard pack from GW.

Ignore the horrid pic that GW put up for this (ta, Kronk).
The models themselves look far better than that, and I almost didn't bother at all, just due to the claws in the picture.
Stupid GW....
I've no idea how you fire the combi-melta, where's the trigger?
But still

You can use the nozzle from the melta barrel and glue it under a bolter barrel. Same should work for the other two

I just made my own and they really don't look much different to the GW ones. its not that hard really.
You probably have plenty of extra bolters to practice on to get the technique down.

I'd recommend prayer first. If that doesn't work, try sacrificing a virgin. If it still fails, try making your own. If you still aren't having luck, grab that Sternguard pack. Make sure you try it in the order I suggested though for best results.

Converted a single combi-plasma so far, didn't turn out that good due to a floppy knife (plasma portion ended up too small, so it looks too much like a normal bolter) but I suppose it'll do. I'd still need at least 3 more combi-meltas, 2 more combi-plasmas and perhaps 5 combi-flamers so that I could have 5 of each. Bleh!

For me, $13.50 is a bit steep for a single combi-flamer and a single combi-melta (which are the only two things in there I would want). If you are looking for combi-weapons, I have looked at the Chapterhouse ones, but can't speak to their quality, since the only pics they have up are shot from above and don't give any real impression of how good they look. Personally, I go the 'make your own' route. They are pretty easy to make if you have one of the special weapons and a bolter. (I realize that the special issue weapons are kind of hard to find in the quantities you need, especially if you are doing a Sternguard squad or somesuch.)
For combi-meltas, which I use in abundance, I found that the easiest solution for me was to attach a melta-bomb to the side of a bolter, like an auxilliary fuel supply, and then attach a modified barrel. It makes the gun look distinctive enough to separate it from a regulation bolter, while having the advantage of not breaking the bank. (You probably don't have a buttload of extra meltas lying around, but your supply of melta-bombs is probably a little bigger.)
Anyway, hope that helps, and good luck!

Actually, isn't the only source of melta-bombs the assaut squad kit? I know I only have 5 melta-bombs. By comparison I do have a reasonably large amount of meltas, having bought 4 BT Chapter Upgrades, which has two each, plus of course the ones from tac squads etc. Still, not too fond of cutting them up, so might have to resort to doing some casting in the end.

Ah, so it does, two per box. Which means I have 5+2+2=9. Still, if I wanted to go all WYSIWYG, those wouldn't even be enough to deck out a 10-man Templar Assault Squad
Still, the meltabomb is far too big for a combi-melta in my books. I'm going to go by a suggestion over at another forum, and just move the bolter barrel upwards, and glue the melta barrel from an Inferno Pistol below it. Could maybe use a krak grenade from the assault squad box as a small "power source", but not sure that that's really necessary.

I've made a combi-plasma that looks almost exactly like the one from the SM Captain box by simply using a boltgun and SM plasma pistol (Chaos ones are far too chunky) - both of which many players will have spares in their bits boxes. All it took was a bit of careful cutting and gluing (using the Captain's gun as a reference), then fill in the gaps with some liquid green stuff and you're golden.
If you want combi-meltas or -flamers instead, it shouldn't be too hard to use infernus pistols or hand flamers from the Blood Angels line instead of a plasma gun. Though, unless you have a pile of them spare already, you'd have to order them from bits sites (or haggle with some friends), at which point you may as well just source some actual combi-weapons.
If you don't mind third party alternatives, you could also try Chapter House Studios' magnetised combi weapon kit. It's a bit pricey, but if you only want one or two options then you can simply order those individually.

Short answer: Probably.
Long answer: Depends on the venue. WYSWYG will often wave basic equipment (pistols, grenades) but something that's an upgrade, like a combi weapon, is almost defiantly going to have to be modeled. There may be exceptions to the rule, but if they care, I'd bet on them wanting to see those combis on the sternguard.

They may not be the best looking combis out there but they are by far the cheapest, + they are modular which is always nice.

I can't honestly be sure where I got all mine, but I kind of thought I was getting one whenever I had purchased a sergeant. I know I got five in the single box of Assault Marines I had, but I had somewhere between ten and twenty, and I've only bought the one box of Assault Marines, and never bought Devastators. Still, scratchbuilding them from spare components is way cheaper than buying them from Chapterhouse OR Games Workshop. They may not end up all uniform, but I kind of think that just adds to the image, since Space Marines are usually not uniform anyway.
In any event, sorry if I gave bad advice, I was just speaking from looking at my own bitz box. (Which mysteriously held enough to do ten combi-meltas for my Sternguard plus one for each of my Tactical Sergeants.)
As a side note, the above comment about making combi-plasmas out of plasma pistols seems pretty sound, since I wound up with lots of those left over too.

Heh. It indeed is kinda funky. Personally I'm mostly intrigued by the heavy bolter and heavy flamer. The flamer because well, no heavy flamers for power armor tend to exist in kits and it'd be nice to have a few heavy flamers instead of just combi-flamers for a flamering sternguard squad. And the heavy bolter looks cool, pretty much like the scout one without the silly huge backpack and ugly ammo belt.
I wouldn't mind using the combi-weapons, even though they do look quite different from the combi-weapons in actual kits.
The lightning claws... well, I rarely use those, though given they're quite rare for power armored models, it'd be decent.
But the overall price of this weapon collection is such that I don't think I can justify it, especially now that I don't get a good discount anymore. Should've gotten it and the Crimson Fist upgrade kits when I had the discount
