Hey guys,

just wondering if anyone knows something about upcoming Mantic goblin releases, especially if they plan to relase a Sharpsticks horde box (I sure hope so!) or if anyone got something similar to a time plan / info on it.

Thanks in advance!

Current info:

Mawbeasts and War Trombone released this month in metal.

Later in the year there will be resin plastic releases for the Fleabag Riders, Trolls and Mincer, along with some metal characters. (Kickstarter backers will be the first to get these, in June).

So, they're focusing on fleshing out the range first.

I imagine some plastic sharpsticks will happen at some point, but it'll be further down the road once they've got their hard plastic production sorted out.

Thanks for the heads-up! Looks like I'll just resort to ebay then.

It's sad they decided to go for archers first, people don't want those, you got 1 Unit of Night Goblin archers and that's it :/

They do already make a sharpsticks regiment and a rabble regiment box.

They only cost £3 more than the spitters regiment, and come with metal arms and command pieces. More expensive than the spitters, yes, but not by much, and still cheaper than GW night goblins (unless you buy paint-glooped skull pass off ebay).

You can also buy them in metal for £1.50/model if you want better detail on the models.

20 GW Night Goblins are ~20€ over at Wayland which is pretty much the same price as the Mantic ones despite having a higher quality...pity :/

Assuming you like your goblins with pointy hats and wizard robes...

Now showing a Harlequin Dreadnought!

Painting total as of 4/25/2024: 33 plus a set of modular spaceship terrain

Painting total for 2023: 79 plus 28 Battlemechs and a Dragon-Balrog

Yes, as they are Night Goblins, not Goblins.
