I currently have the metal Chaos Daemon Prince without the wings, and I hate the model. It always falls apart and just looks blah.
I was looking into Warhammer Fantasy and saw Be'Lakor, Chaos Daemon Prince. He looks pretty sweet, might try and snatch him up.

What are others using for DP these days?

Plastic Daemon Prince box sets are pretty nice.

Be'Lakor is a beautiful model-but he's small. He's quite a bit smaller than the other Daemon Princes. You're best off getting the plastic kit and kitbashing with it.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

If you really like Belakor got for him. If you want to kitbash alot then the plastic Daemon Princes are for you. Forge world also has some Princes which are good.

Really? I love the look of the metal CSM daemon prince, used it for something like 4 years regularly, and never had anything break that wasn't my fault (did a fiddly conversion)

I hate the ancient metal ones, dislike the plastic ones (sacrifice some really nice details for a rather bland kit with more options), and am still a little confused why the nurgle one was made (slaanesh or tzeentch would have, in my opinion, filled a more difficult gap-- nurgle is probably the easiest god to convert models for, because lumpy is appropriate)

For my Nurgle force, I re-based a C'tan Nightbringer, painted the skin a dark green, and painted the shroud to be white, with lots of brown/black washes. I love him!
