Hello Dakka,

I am moving to Denver CO in early February and I wouldn't mind suggestions on gaming stores in the area. I know there is a GW in Glendale, But I am also looking for a place that I can learn to Play Warmachine/Hordes at.

Thank you in advance for the help,

Thortek

What part of Denver? There's quite a few shops that are fairly active, especially certain nights of the week.

Down where you're near, Troll Country Games is pretty great place to play. They have about 4 or 6 tables and always seems to be someone there, though I am an infrequent visitor down there. The Games Workshop store itself has a pretty chill manager there, but I don't see many pick up games there.

I play at Hobbytown USA in Westminster and Total Escape Games in Broomfield. Very large crowd on Thursday at TEG. Warmachine tends to be Friday nights and Saturdays there. Hobbytown in Westminster has plenty of games on Saturdays. Any other day of the week is fairly hit or miss.

Let me know if you want to head up north here up for some 40K sometime; I don't play warmahordes, but do play Orks, Tau and Necrons.
