If I cast Domination on an enemy warjack that is engaged with one of my units (for example, an enemy Destroyer engaged by four sword knights), would it receive free strikes for moving out of melee range of those units?

When you take control of the enemy Jack then it becomes friendly until the end of Domination. So no free strikes for you.
