They need to bring +1 initiative back to FC other wise some codexes lose benefits I.e. Blood Angels if they don't we will have to wait for hardcover codex releases

Sabreguy, please start putting serious suggestions in the proposed rules.
There are some people that spend some serious time putting thought into their post, and making a half-dozen single line threads pushes those off the front page.
Posting suggestions and changes you want to see is great, but you should go about it differently. Maybe make a single thread that has all the rules you'd like to see? They can be grouped together based on their codex, different sections of the rulebook, etc. Then for each one come up with some justification as to why you want that.
You are likely to get substantially better reception if you do those.

Things change every edition. Some get better, some worse. It will not be changed this edition.
And Blood Angels are hardly underpowered or lacking advantages.
Think of the nerf Orks took when they changed Fleet!

I think the furious charge nerf is balanced by the rage boon for Death company.

Yes but thats for just BA what about De or Orks? Sometimes that FC bonus was all you needed for your incubi to knock out that mephiston or for your orks to wipe out those lychguard before they swung back

As a Tyranid player, the furious charge change was a bit unexpected, but not something I couldn't live with. It does make a certain kind of sense, given that someone with furious charge is supposed to be akin to a wild berserker trying to hit as hard as possible at the expense of every other consideration.

DE are all I5 anyway, Orks are all I3 with FC OTC.
You want to be I5+. That's what you want out of furious charge.
