Hey everyone, my girlfriend has been showing some interest in miniature gaming lately. I'm not too worried about the crap I'll catch for this, but we both remembered the old YuGiOh "Dungeon Dice Monsters" game from about ten years ago. Well, there isn't much on eBay, and I found one store (Stop2Shop) that carries it, but their prices are a joke.

So does anyone know where to buy it at, or another forum site that might know? She and I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
B

I realize this isn't directly answering your question, but my wife really enjoys Malfaux. I'd completely recommend it as a starter minis game.

It's alright, I actually considered WarmaHordes as well (probably will do that when we move in together), but I was looking at DDM because of the nostalgia factor. I managed to snag a starter and a few boosters, but beyond that I've got nothing.

I have a ton of dungeon dice monster stuff I bought in middle school. Spend so much money trying to get Orgoth the Relentless and the 3 headed dragon (forgot name). Never cared too much for the card game, thought it was meh compared to Magic.

As for malifaux, for whatever reason it is rather popular with women. See more women playing malifaux via youtube than anything else. And of the 3 women gamers at the store, the only play malifaux and board games.

Yeah, I wanted it in middle school too, but due to cheapskate parents I never got it. And I believe you are talking about the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. What is really messed up is that in Japan, they had three to four times the monsters for the game, and the dice actually unfolded into the walkways for the monsters.

I might take her to an LGS and show her some stuff, just depends on our schedules. Warhammer is definitely a no, I'm actually done with that myself.

my parents were cheap too, so I just took a bus down to the wharf to wash and clean rich people's boats for money. Most of them are fairly generous if you detail it, polish chrome, wash windows, vacuumed, etc. that's how I bought my xbox too. It's also where I discovered pedophilia is an actual thing. :/

Yeah, I didn't have anywhere like that around where I live...

You wouldn't possibly still have any of the DDM stuff, would you?

Sweet, my girlfriend and I would really appreciate it if you did. I actually got a deal on a starter this week, they go on ebay for $40-$50 on average, I snagged one for $8 with $6 shipping. I didn't realize it initially during the auction, but it was factory sealed!
