Just wanted to say, my roommate and I found this on Steam. It's buggy to the point of being unplayable in multiplayer. After a period of time, I cannot open any doors or directly interact with the world. Second player cannot do anything from the start of the game.

Again, it is too bad to be playable. You're better off finding an original copy of the game.

Just the multiplayer that's having the bugs, or the single player too? I was thinking of picking it up instead of fishing out my old boxset (the original took like five discs to install) just for ease.

I had no problems with it. Worked perfectly fine for me. I even enjoyed some of the new stuff they put into it.

I've only done single player. Multiplayer I never tried out, even with the original version.

Are you certain it wasn't connection problems? Really high ping or something?

It was a local network thing, so there was no ping issue going on. Interestingly, we gave it another shot tonight and it worked. We both ran it as Administrator (both of us on Win7) and it appeared to be much more stable.

I might reverse my opinion on it if it continues to prove stable.
