I been play orks competitively for several years each edition I have found a great way to play them competitively speed freaks to shooty to even green tide. I am having a hard time thinking what is most consistent while not meta gaming just essentially TAC so any inputs would be appreciated and thanks.

Ummmm... Mind editing your post a bit?

It's very difficult to figure out exactly what you're asking with the way you're typing.

Looks like you're asking whats the most consistent TAC ork list?

Also, might want to check out the 90+ page ork thread we've got going on. They've talked about literally every unit, list, and combination you can imagine, and how they're doing. The first post gets updated every now and then when people agree on certain things they've found to be "true", like if speed freaks are good, or that lootas are stupid good, etc.

Either way, welcome to Dakka!

Last edition, and even more so now, multiple squads of lootas is never a bad choice. Ever.

Especially if you have flyer problems. D3 shots at BS1, oh no! You don't care because you're only BS2 anyway, so snapfiring is cake with up to 45 shots per squad.

The only thing they struggle against is heavy armor and deep striking/fast moving template weapons.

The 6th ed Orks Tactics thread. Literally only a few spots down from this one at the time of viewing. http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/456724.page

Great thread.
