I wanted to make a stat card with picture for each of my units. I saw one gentleman at my LGS create them using a magic card editor. I was curious what app other people us to make these.

I just use LibreOffice and paint.net. Both are free. It's not as fancy as the magic card editior, but I find messing around with the templates and stuff for MCE to be a pain.

I use InDesign for all of our stat cards, but you could use photoshop/word/excel if you really wanted to

I have my stat tables done in Excel and had planned on pasting into whatever I decided to use ... might just go with a pretty basic business card template or something.

Finally decided to use name badge inserts (Avery 5390). Stat line + special rules and all, easy fit when copied from Excel. Gives me a nice solid card to keep at the edge of my table for reference. Will play around with adding a picture and unit name on the backside.
