i have a question on how tier lists figure in. Do you get bonuses for each tier of the list you fullfill? so this list would be able to get tiers 1,2, and 3?

You need to qualify by having only the models listed in their Theme List, once that happens, you start getting tier bonus'. To qualify for the upper tiers you need to qualify for the lower tiers also. So to get to Tier 4 bonus' you must also qualify for Tier 3, Tier 2, and Tier 1. But yes, you get bonus' listed on each tier.

Looking at list, you have gotten to Tier 3 on Venethrax's "The Dragon Slayers tier list". Since you qualify for those 3 tiers, you would pay 1 point less for the Seether, so your army list is 1 point short. Tier 2 is cute, it gives you 3 3" clouds (1 for each unit, minimum 2) that will block LOS to even things with Eyeless Sight (only things they won't help with are models that ignore LOS). Tier 3 gives you Advance Deployment for Slaughterborn and the Bloodgorger unit. Since you are a point short, you might think about either, reducing the number of Brute Thralls to 1, or Remove the Necrosurgeon and Max out the number of models for your Bloodgorger unit (since they will have Advance Deployement, take advantage of that). of course if you take out the Necrosurgeon, you only get two clouds to block LOS to your Advance Deploying Bloodgorgers.

Sub a Defiler for the venom instead of the deathripper and that will get the full 25 pts.
