Wondering Why the Emperor Left

What are the measurements of an Imperial Bastion? Height, width, etc.
I am looking to build some arctic terrain and I would like to build it with an area to properly mapped out to place said building, so I would like to know it's measurements.
Also, a bit off topic already, considering this is the OP. What are tournament standards of painting and modeling? I've heard that a model must be 70% Games workshop, and have more than three colors. Is this true? What actually consists of 70% Games workshop bits?
Thanks.

typically 3 paints minimum counts as tabletop painted, the % of GW matierals depends on where youre going but i usually hear 80% (basically just enough to let you customize that gun or give him a cool banner or something) must be original GW stuff - keep in mind this technically includes the sprues that come with the models
The bastion, i dont know its exact size as i dont own one but its fairly big. Its around 6" square and 8-9" tall i THINK. My friend has a bunch of them and we use them as normal terrain alot, i just never thought about measuring it.

The general rule for painting is that models must have at least 3 colours and no 'grey plastic' visible. 3 colours isn't that hard, for example if you were playing ultramarines you could do a black undercoat, a blue basecoat, and then just some yellow trim. I'm not sure where the 80% is coming from, the number I have usually seen thrown around is 50% excluding basing materials, but the general rule is that they don't want people just bringing in models from other manufacturers (so as long as you aren't just sticking a powered armor head on some other body, it will probably be good). They are also more lenient if you have scratch built choices rather than bits bought from a company like Chapterhouse. However, the most imporant thing is to double check with the store before you bring your stuff in, as really it is more of a judgement call on the store manager's part.

I do know some places are way more lenient on non-GW stuff if its scratchbuilt and done very, very well.

For instance, if you had a Space Marine torso, and sanguinary guard legs from GW, an Anvil industry helmet, forgeworld shoulders, and then heavily kitbashed it from there, including weapons from Anvil, too.
As for the paint, it would be medium level TT quality.
