Just like the question. I just want to know as I'm thinking of starting a ravenwing list. There is a local store and a games workshop where I live the local store has the old battleforce for $100 and Gamesworkshop have it for $110 anyone know the difference they seem the same to me, but the spruce might have something different I don't know.

Also any tip on ravenwing would be helpful as well. Thanks from a former follower of chaos

There really doesn't seem to be anything different between the two battle forces.

If you going to run RavenWings, then Sammuel is a must, making your bikes troops.

You'll also want to get at least 2 of those battle forces, because the whole box can count as a single FOC slot.

I like to say I have two armies: Necrons, and Imperium.....

The only difference is that the new battleforce is cheaper.

The new BF seems to be a better value for your money.

The only difference is the price bump on the new version. Both include 6 bikes, 1 landspeeder and 1 attack bike.

I'll leave the tactics to others.

4 battle forces for a full army isn't bad add samael and it's about 1500 pts. Three only way to beat that is all termies, or specifically paladins.

Most bf's can't even do that. The DA and DE are the only exceptions. Usually there is a unit it two you won't use. Though I can't say the DE bf is add effective this edition due to the wyches.

My assumption n is a 1500 army will about 500 dollars, usually.

Yeah, for whatever reason USD price went down a bit. No change in most other currencies, it seems...
