I recently played a game with the new DA dex. I played a 1500 game against a very good player, he was using his signature Dark Eldar beast army. I was using a variation of the Devastating Raven:

Sammael on Corvex, Librarian level 2, bike, auspex

Command Squad, Standard of Devastation, Apothecary

3 Ravenwing Black Knights, Grenade Launcher,

2 Ravenwing Attack Squadrons 6 Bikes, 2 Melta, Attack Bike w/ MM
1 Ravenwing Attack Squadron 3 Bikes, 1 Flamer, Attack Bike w/ MM

Land Raider Crusader, MM

I have virtually no psychic experience beyond the Biomancy table on those few occassions where I play my bug army.

I picked the telepathy table on the off chance I rolled up Invisibility, which I did of course. This ability single handed tipped the balance of the game in my favor on the bottom of turn one. I went first and rolled up on my opponent. Between the scout moves and the 12 inch first turn move, I was just about on top of him. We both agreed it would be a quick game. Little did I know the crushing effect Invisibility would have on the first close combat of the game. Dark Eldar DO NOT like attacking at WS 1! Yes the combined shrouded and stealth helped keep my heavy attack squadron alive (Sammael and the Libbie were attached to the same squadron while the Dev Banner was safe and sound inside the Crusader). This unit went on to not only win combat, but with the ensuing failed leadership roll, I wiped out one of his beast units - the one with his Warlord in it. Firstblood, Warlord AND a beast unit all in one go, first turn. Priceless.

My vote on which table should a Raven Wing Librarian should roll on is the Invisibility... I mean, Telepathy table.

ps. A Crusader in this list (just a single one, not the other kind of Banner of Devastation/Land Raider list) isnt so hot, I may switch it out for a God-Hammer. I found I was always moving the LRC 12 inches to keep up with the bikes and never really got to use all its weapons. I found that the added resiliency of the LRC really slowed me down but it DID keep the banner active all game. Having the range of the God-Hammer's lascannons could make up for the impact its 12 inch move has on the army.

Divination is excellent, first of all because there are no bad powers in the table, everything is nice and useful, secondly because the primaris power prescience is just excellent and so if you do get something you didn't want you can switch one to that, which is always useful and helpful.

Most librarians take divination if they can & with DA I will be most of the time

Thats a good point. Prescience can help out especially against flyers which my Raven Wing will struggle against.

But prescience doesn't have nearly as big of an effect on ravenwing bikers, and if your in the units, your probably more then 12"of away from a worthy target. I still say take a ML2 Linrarian and Telepathy.

I think it is folly to roll on a pyschic table in the hopes of a single power. Divination doesn't have any bad powers. Every one can be useful for Ravenwing.

-Any terrain containing Sly Marbo is dangerous terrain.
-Sly Marbo once played an objective mission just to see what it was like to not meet every victory condition on his own.
-Sly Marbo bought a third edition rulebook just to play meat grinder as the attacker.
-Marbo doesn't need an Eldar farseer as an ally; his enemies are already doomed
-Sly Marbo was originally armed with a power weapon, but he dropped it while assaulting a space marine command squad just so his enemies could feel pain
-Sly Marbo still attacks the front armor value in assault, for pity's sake.

Divination is definitely the way to go. Combined with Ravenwing bikers turbo-boosting all over the place it makes your army a royal pain in the ass to kill.

The way your saying that it almost makes people think that telepathy isn't in the same situation as Divinations. It may be folly to do it for just invisibility, but all of the telepathy powers are good, as long as your ML2.
