Hi guys.

I read some on these SM vehicles, and I may interested in converting one for my CSM army

First, where can I find the rules for this vehicle ? I have some Imperial Armour volumes in .pdf, but I can't find the rules for it.

Second, do you know if a "chinese" company produce some of this unit ? the Forge World one is really expensive.
