So, I had a can of white Krylon plastic spray primer on the shelf and decided to use it on some buildings. I figured that the detail on the models was sufficiently non-fiddly, such that they didn't require the more expensive Citadel product I usually use. Bad idea. The primer adheres well to the plastic, but it sheds paint. Be warned.

On the other hand, lest I be accused of hating on Krylon, their Rust Tough Enamel Primer worked a treat on some Forgeworld resin parts that sloughed off everything else I tried.

Was it the krylon fusion? Thats usually my go to primer as it covers very well and goes on fairly thin if you are careful.

Hmm... says "made with fusion technology" on the can, so maybe? It's the indoor/outdoor plastic primer. It did go on well; the trouble I had was that further layers of paint would slide right off the primed surface. Glad to hear it worked for you, though!
