Okay, 30 Reavers amount to nearly 900 pts of my planned 2k army.

Should I add an Archon and then 2 units of kabalites in raiders, 5 incubi on a venom, anything else really?

I'd say one squad of HGwyches just for good measure and maybe some Talos or Cronos to get FNP for your reavers. even easier, Haemonculi. Maybe Ravager for Dissies as I'm assuming you're bringing Heat Lances on the Ravers, which would probably be better than Incubi unless you want that venom.

^looking back at that, totally unnecessary, fill in the rest of your army how you want, theres several ways to do it

Check out Mushkilla's battle reports, he has been running a biker list and tested it out with many combinations in 19 battle reports.

Give em a read and see how his combinations work, then try some things out for yourself.

His army list is all about getting the most out of his reavers. Its a good read.

30 reavers, that could be pretty interesting.
The sheer force of your bladevanes is going to hurt, even against tough targets. Might want to make a special turboboost squad with only cluster caltrops, the other two squads dedicated anti tank. Arena champs for the LD boost is nice, as you dont want that many points running off the board.

If you are going fast and furious, you want the rest of your army to fit that bill. Mounted units in raiders/venom's, ravagers/fliers, all kept on the cheap. Bladevanes can do a lot of the duty poison does, so max out the darklight/at. Blasterborn, Haywitches, etc. Heavy support first.

I would look into some eldar allies, as a jetseer would be fantastic in your list. Put him with the dedicated turbo boost squad, take runes of warding and doom. You can now put doom basically anywhere on the table(which meshes well with bladevanes+poison) and give a jetbike squad Ld10. The other option is to throw him in a heat lance squad witha singing spear, for another AT weapon. The seer also gives access to a scoring jetbike squad with a heavy weapon. Very good to have.

The duke would also be nice, for drug re rolls and a kabbie squad. Otherwise, get a hamey cheap and take more units

A rough list would be something like...

Duke-150

KabbiesX9. Raider with splinter racks&night shields

HaywitchesX5:Venom with dual cannons/night shields
HaywitchesX5:Venom with dual cannons/night shields

ReaversX10: Champ, 3 heat lances-266
ReaversX10:Champ, 3 heat lances-266
ReaversX10: 3 cluster caltrops-280

Ravager, night shields-115
Ravager, night shields-155
Razorwing/voidraven, flickerfield

Farseer on jetbike, runes of warding, doom, singing spear

Guardian jetbikesX3: shuriken cannon

Gives you about 20 points to play with.

Edit: If you wanted to get really jetbike heavy, drop a scoring unit from the dark eldar for more eldar jetbikes. 2 squads of 3, or up to 12 with a warlock! A jetseer council would be cool, but is way too many points to drop in an allied detachment. Also, you could get a squad of shining spears

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Eldar allies with a doomseer is almost a 100% take. 50% more wounds on the doomed squad plus psychic defense. With the points you have in bikes its really a pretty cheap investment. Also, scoring jetbike troops to fit the theme.

"Ask not the Eldar a question, for they will give you three answers, all of which are true and terrifying to know."
