What should Rutger run with for a Jack?

You almost a bit to solo heavy to start with. or alot heavy.

best thing with Ashlynn is Arcane Tempest Gun mages + Ua and for them to Marshal the Mule.

But if your just looking for a 2pt solo to toss in.

Master Gunner Dougal to buff the Mule.

Gun mages with a Mule can have it shoot 16" boosted to hit or Damage.. Dougal gives it +2 rat. Aimed another +2

Gives you a nice RAT 9 Range 16 AOE 4.

I was especially looking at these because I think my next caster will be Constance Blaize...and as far as I am reading they go well with her too.

Gorman...awesome...too many people play him in my area for me to want to.

Rhupert is cool but I need the units first.
