I'm having a bit of a problem caculating the points on my nobs squad. The waagh banner sasy its 15 points per model but does that mean its 15 points to give a banner to each nob. Or do i have to pay 15 points for each nob in the unit just for the one banner. I was running 15points for the 1 banner since i dont need more that one. Just wanted to make sure so I'm not doing it wrong.

It's 15points (PER BANNER) and you only need one IMHO.

you have to pay 15pts ontop of the price of that nob, the other nobs stay the same price unless you put more "upgrades" on them
