I can take three Sanguinary Priests as a single Elites slot. But each Priest has the Indipendant Characer trait.

Do I have to attach each Priest to the same squad, or can I attach each one to three different squads?

Followup - What size base does a Sanguinary Priests go on?

You can purchase 1-3 priests in a single slot, but they need not be in the same unit. Play them as you would any other independent characters.

The Priests themselves would go on whichever base they came with -- which I believe is 25mm for Power Armour and 40mm for Terminator Armour. I'd appreciate if any BA players could correct me on this if I am in error.

Or on a bike, which, considering being T5 (only STR 10 wounds disallow FnP) and having an inherent cover save, is a pretty boss way to field them...

Yeah that's right. Up to 3 separate ICs in one FOC slot. But each one counts as a KP in kill point games, and counts as a whole unit towards the 50% reserves limit.

You have this correct. All current Sanguinary Priest models are in power armour, and they're on 25mm bases. There aren't any Terminator Sanguinary Priests, but there are equivalents in Paladin and Deathwing Apothecaries, and these are 40mm bases.

Ahh, I knew I'd screw something up! Well, thanks for catching it.

Err... you didn't screw anything up, so well done :p to be more specific - there are no Terminator Sanguinary Priest *models*... yet. The army list will let you buy them a suit.
