Brain-Dead Zombie of Nurgle

Finally making the effort to bring my nurgle army into 6th edition. Invested in a terminator lord kit to lead a squad of nurgle marked terminators and make my plague marines scoring units at higher point levels.

So my question is this:

What weapons should I equip a nurgle marked terminator lord with to lead a small squad of termies. I love the look of the double chainfist but I might regret striking at I1, twin lightning claws look neat and give the character a real look but there's at higher levels I'll put an autocannon in the squad so should I give the lord some ranged fire? Any input appreciated as I'm sat staring at sprues here.

Well it depends on what your termies are doing. Are they gonna be CC termies, or combi-weapon/autocannon termies? If you're going CC, I'd take Powerfists or Lightning Claws, Possibly the Black mace if you aren't going to be having a Daemon Prince. If the squad is gonna be shootier take the Burning Brand for sure. It makes MEQs cry (especially CC ones).

If you don't mind paying the points you can do one lightning claw and one chainfist - just pick and choose whichever is more useful while still getting +1 attack!

you really cannot go wrong with the burning brand + power axe.

Nice, efficient, and can really put some hurt with either a shooty or assaulty squad of terminators.
