Any of the codex SM chapters can use it, but I'd have to say Imperial Fists might be the most fluffy common army. If you want something more unique, use something like the Mentors or Iron Lords.

Not too familiar with Codex Chapters, but this would exclude Space Wolves, Grey Knights, Blood Angels, etc., Are the Crimson Fists a codex chapter?

Crimson Fists are a codex chapter. Everything in C:SM is a codex chapter.

Exclude DA and successors, BA and successors, GK, SW and BT. Everything else is game on.
