Ok pretty soon i'll be reaching a point where i'll be bugeting my aquisitions for a few things. Now i have been thinking about getting some real heavy support for my chaos marines army, i have plently of chaos marines with plasma, melta, special weapons in general. I don't have much in the tank department aside from some rhinos. I have been debating whether to get chaos preadators first or the new fiend kit. It seems to me that the chaos preadator by far has better potential than the fiends, though i don't have the luxury of playtesting the feinds a few times. In peoples opions what's better?

Id say predators based on what ive seen/heard. Cant say from actual experience though.

I know it is not the original question, but do you have a heldrake...?

If not, you may want to put that on your list.

As for the orginal question, the advantage with the predator is that you have a very versatile tank, that can go from a simple AC on tracks to a wrecking havoc 4 LC shots a turn with soulblaze.

I'd say heldrake if you do not have one or predator /w magnets.

I have one heldrake atm, i am planning on getting another at some point.
