What is your opinion of the storm lord in Apoc. He seems a bit OP. His lightning will kill alot of stuff and night fighting can really restrict titans and supheavies. Any thoughts?

If you answered yes to those questions don't bring the stormlord.

Our FLGS throws alot of Apoc games and that's like the only banned unit. And it's not becuase he's powerful (he is), but because it slows the game down sooooo freakin much because remember with the allies every unit on the table gets hit, not just your enemies.

Plus lets face it, everyone brings their ridiculous super-heavies and formations they never get to use in normal play, do you really want to take everyone's toys turn 1 anyway?
