I was wondering if there is a ordo of the inquisition tasked with combating nurgle plagues?

There was a ordos in "Cadian Blood" but i don't think it was made to target specifically Nurgle's plauge. But If i recall correctly it was an ordos that was off by itself and it focused on the "plauge of unbelief " or something, which was either the nurgles plauge under a different name or something similar.

Ordo Malleus and Ordo Hereticus would combat Nurgle's Plagues from two different sides. The former Ordo combats the daemons and mystical/magical effects that they bring, while the latter combats the cults, heretics and other human elements responsible for their spread.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

I believe that is the Ordo Sepulturum's territory. Also, be careful not to confuse the "plague of unbelief," which occurred during the Age of Apostasy in 35K, with the "curse of unbelief," aka the zombie plague, which occured in 40K and nurgle was responsible for.
