Hello all! after a long, long, long break from the hobby i decidede to jump back into things! (i think the last figure i painted was ~4 years ago? tad rusty)

Anyway, the dilemma i have at the moment is of my new models, i don't really know the new colours & im unsure on how to complete the models...

Would anyone have any suggestions on painting the boots, belt, insignia's, weapons etc? its difficult to find colours (which im still getting used to) that suit this colour template

Welcome back to the hobby. We knew you'd be back... They always come back...

Joking aside your models are coming along nicely. Good dessert / khaki scheme.

I'd recommend continuing some of the same colors you already have. If you made the shin guard on the boots a lighter tan/khaki similar to the armor plates it would help balance the scheme. The lower boots would look fine black or brown and the belt the same color to keep it unified.

As far as the insignia gold would be the obvious choice, but wouldn't look bad in a silver.

There's a couple options on the weapons. You could match the armor color on the main weapon bodies and then use a dark metal for the accents, or go with black housings and brighter metal accents,.

Those are my two cents anyway.
