So I notice that the most common complaint about GW is their very high prices. I was thinking, what would you put into a "Codex Astartes"? Like the great book itself, in printable PDF form, freely distributed over the internet for anyone who has a printer.

This would not be a faction rulebook just a operations manual for the Space Marines.

The words "free" and "games-workshop" are never used in the same sentence. Unless there's a "never in a million years" somewhere in there too.
