Grotzookas are probably a good choice. With just 30 boys, I see that collection a bit short on anti-infantry firepower.

He needs to fill those BW with some more Orks.

As for what they should carry, perhaps rokkits as there seems to be a lack of things to crack tanks open with.

Magnetise so you can swap between grotzookas and rokkits.

I would agree with Clang, but I run mine with Rokkit Launchas and DCCW's. But, with your list I could see Grotzookas being beneficial. Play a few games without the gun arms on and see what fits better!
