1) Can you use guide on a fire prism? If you can, do you just redo a blast test??
2) Guide, can you guide a vehicle? Also how to vehicle saves work if you can do this?
3)Guide, id the model has both a cover save and involerbal save, do you do the reroll on just one, or both?

You might want to reread the codex and rulebook. You can use guide on a fire prism, the rules for how that works for blast markers is explained in the rulebook.

Also, for 2 and 3, you mean fortune. You cannot use fortune on a vehicle.
A model with fortune can re-roll any failed saves, so you would chose the best. Again this is in the codex though, so just reading over your stuff might help.

Guide has a line referring to guess range weapons, which has been replaced (as guess range weapons are no longer in the rulebook):

Page 28 – Farseer Psychic Powers, Guide.
Change the fourth sentence to read: “If the unit is using a
weapon which uses a small or large blast template you may reroll their scatter dice instead”.

The codex doesn't mention anything about not being able to cast Fortune on a vehicle, it's an Eldar unit consisting of a single model. Care to point out what I've missed?

You can Fortune a vehicle, re-roll your Jink/Coversave...
