Warhammer 40k - Tournament

Hit Point Hobbies will be hosting the 2nd Annual "No Thrills, Just Kills" Warhammer 40,000 Tournament on February 23rd.

Last year this event drew 22 players. We hope we can do that again.

Special Rules
Each player will compete with a 2,000 point army in three (3) two and a half hour rounds of the bloodiest combat imaginable.

Double Force Org, Allies, and 40k Approved units from Imperial Armor are allowed. If it kills things extra bloody, we want you to bring at least two of them. The Emperor has no Mercy for the weak.

In additional to the normal victory points for the missions (with possible slight variations). Each opponent can earn bonus victory points based on the point values of units destroyed.

0 -499 - 0 VP
500-999 - 1 VP
1,000 - 1,499 - 2 VP
1,500 - 1,749 - 3 VP
1,750 + - 4 VP.

If a non-vehicle unit loses more then half its number of models, the unit counts for half of its point value in the chart.

If a vehicle is immobilized or loses all of its weapons, it also counts for half points.
