Well, making DA competitive is an ongoing issue. Here is the list I'll go for:

Belial - 190
10 DW Terminators w/ assault cannon (x2), th/ss (x2) - 490

Librarian w/ divination power - 65
Command squad w/ banner of devastation - 165

2x 10 Tacticals w/ plasma gun, plasma cannon - 340

5 Devastators w/ plasma cannon (x4) - 130
5 Devastators w/ flakk missiles (x4) - 170

Aegis w/ quad gun - 100

Total: 1650 pts.

The plan is to deploy the Aegis in the centre. Tacticals, Libby, Cmd squad, and Devs will be deployed behind it, while Belial and the DW Termies deep strike to wreck havoc.
