I'll get right into it...
There are 3 armies that have what i'm looking which is a half decent Psyker and the ability to roll for Divination. The 3 armies that can ally with IG as battle brothers are:
- Space Wolves
- Blood Angels
- Dark Angels

Just some questions...
Which would be best to take as allies for IG from the above list?
What tactics are best suited to each SM army listed above?
What other units should be taken with them?

Mandatory thing:
- Librarian with the mastery level 2
and the basic FOC for Allies

Space Wolves. Awesome psychic defense, and decent other units.

Space wolves are a solid choice, but I have been trending towards Dark Angels. You get a level 2 psyker for the same price of a lvl 1 rune priest.

Cheap scouts or Tac squads to round out your troops.

BA is bad, dont do it.

But you miss out on 50% chance to cancel any psychic powers used in 24". Plus GHs > tacs or scouts.

Don't underestimate the psychic defence, it's awesome.

I would definitely go with SW
