So I recently ended up with 6 ronin models, but popular opinion seems to be that you only ever need up to 3. I have the Victorias, but I only tend to use 2 Ronin at most.

Shall I get rid of my 3 extra ronin? Has anyone tried fielding a crew of 5-6 Ronin with the Vikis? Did it work?

I can imagine that a crew made up of the Viktoria's, Vanessa and 4 Ronin would make a very nasty crew as in theory as long as you still have ronin and vanessa on the table and at least 3SS then you can bring back one of the Viktoria's at any point.

I have faced Ronin a few times and the Run Through and Next Target are a royal pain to try and counter with just model placement alone.

I'd try it out for a few games and see what you think, if you don't like it i'm sure that someone starting Vik's at some point (me) would take 3 off your hands if they're in good condition!

I'm in a similar position... I've got the Viks starter box, but don't have any Ronin (because they're a demo crew for the most part). I'd love try try a few Ronin on the board, but sadly I can't give you any advice

Worse comes worse, I'd be willing to lift them off of you, lighten the burden, so to speak.

I have an order for 3 Ronin, since I recently purchased the Viks box, but I don't know how useful 6 would be. I can certainly see running 2 or 3 Ronin with the Viks though.
