Well, I was wondering on this. I'd like to see other people's conversions and I thought a tread for universal discussion about it should be a great opportunity for people to gain inspiration.
I do not play other wargames than WH40k, so I put the poll to be directed towards it. Feel free to comment and upload pictures of models from other games. Just clearly notify the game and model's names. I can fully understand if you guys have trouble picking favorites. I know I will.

I will personally post pictures when my Tzeenchian Night Lords Sorcerer on disc (yes, highly unfluffy, but also very dependent on the warband of the "Lords") and the Raptors I will run with him (usinf 2nd or 3rd, maybe even Rogue Trader era models) are done.

I love scratchbuilding and converting with Orks, but it's also fairly simple to do effective conversions for Necrons as well. I find their samarui-esque aesthetic goes well with some of the Dark Eldar bits.

I do love to convert, the only issue is that an army takes so long that a new dex is out. Big projects just eat up to much time. Now I have thought about converting for business.

As far as the army it was my Daemonhunters which some of you saw my custom Inq and his ret. As well as my custom 5 grey knights which turned out really great.

I'd say my favourite would be my Tyrannic War Veteran Sergeant.

Love the model, but not sure about the quality of the picture...
Well, for now I've been really busy with school so haven't been working on this stuff yet. I have the model itself done, but the old paint looks absolutely horrid. I'll also then try to finish these Raptors to put him with, but I lack one for now so might take some time before they are complete
I'll post pre-painted pics of the Raptors though.
