I just finished reading eye of terror in the book of the lion and i know its classed as a heretic tome but at the end it said that once the golden throne failed and the emperor physically died that a war between the chaos gods and the emperor would begin, (obviously fought in the warp) and that the emperor planned to unify the forces of chaos together into a force for order according to an ancient lord of change. I thought it was quite interesting and wondered what you guys made of it?

There are several different theories of what will happen if the Golden Throne fails, like the Starchild, or the Sensei-Emperor (stupid name) etc. Thats an if. It wont, as GW would never advance the storyline in any major way.
