Looks great so far. I'd recommend using various brown and orange washes on the gold parts (sepia, or a fleshshade or earthshade). I also really like the Golden Griffon Drybrush paint for the highlight (easy and quick).

The only other advice I can add would be one that I don't hear much that I just tried out the other day: Add a flesh tone to red to to make highlights on red. Usually red gets too pink or orange if you add a lighter color to it, but I found a really light skin tone makes a nice subtle highlight. Might be useful for World Eaters!

I was having trouble coming up with a color to dry brush the redwith( which is a custom color).

Go over with like blood red. Leaving the dark red and the wash in the cracks.. will make the model pop more.

You may want to try a wash over a slightly lighter red, rather than a lighter red drybrush. It's really hard to see the red color with the photos though, so I don't want to say too much until I know what's going on!
