Only thing i would suggest id dropping one of the 3 Jacks for Blessing of Vengence. psevy loves his Arc node.

With the 1 point that saves, add in Wracks.

Out of the 3, i would consider dropping 1x Vanquisher.

between 1 Vanquisher and Ashes 2 Ashes you have plenty of infantry killing power.

What does the vassal of Menoth then do without the vaquisher? As there are two in the list and then only one vanguisher.

Enliven on the Templar/Blessing of vengence is a good option.

other option is drop the 2nd Vassal and add Rhuper, Piper of Ord. Hes a mercenary.

He can give your Errants Tough or +1 def.

Tough is big though.
